    I don't know what to do at this point, I beg someone from SE to come out and do proper test and ping me and check where the issue is.
    It's exclussively problem for EU servers and it's becoming unplayable.

    It is obvious that there is something wrong with the EU server.
    And my brother did the same test and got even worse results (we live in different countries), I beg of SE to give any form of feedback onto the issue.

    As a trace route involves asking for personal information such as the IP address, you will need to contact the Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
