A lot of these jobs are either too gimmicky (Juggler, Onion Knight, Mediator) or potential limited job candidates (Beastmaster, Puppetmaster, Time Mage) or are already present in some form (Gunner). So I'm going to just exclude those and go for more likely candidates for standard jobs.

I'm leaning towards Chemist and Spell blade/Rune Knight. If CHM is coming in as a healer, I hope they really add unique traits to it that differentiates it from the others. I know some people have suggested a NIN-like model for Mix, but I don't particularly think that's clever or interesting. And for Rune Knight, I would really like a battle mage approach to it that focuses on self-buffing their weapons in battle. Kind of the classic En-spells RDMs used to do. Still not a lot to go on for the job, but it's a start.

Really like to see a melee class healer for next job and another job that uses whips for weapons.

Not trying to shut down your ideas, rather create a design discussion, but what would being melee add to healer? Heals are already large and there's no real way that a melee healer could be designed without hampering it's usefulness

I expect some of Time Mage's abilities would be nerfed, like the Gravity line doing potency-based damage instead of percentage of life, but it feels to me like something straight-forward with potential for some side rotations with Haste/Slow and direct stun with Stop. Plus it's still one of the more iconic jobs in the series.

I want another dual wielding job. NIN is really the only one we have right now.

I would prefer dual swords or dual axes (or, even better, a choice between the two and the animations are notably different based on which is being used).

Disciple of Kaine from Warhammer Online is one of the best examples of how it would work. Or rather, the concept of how the class was supposed to work.
In short, the more DPS you do, the more HPS you're producing. It would be a hybrid role.

I would say BST is the most popular job not in the game due to the forum activity of threads involving BST. There is a BST thread on the General Discussion that is pretty damn hot, & still going strong. People are pretty much debating Limited vs Group, it shows that the interest is there. It was also a job mentioned before, as a limited possisblity. BST is perhaps the most polarizing game in the mmo series, for all the wrong reasons maybe..

For me it was a very hard choice between Geomancer and Chemist. Flipped a coin and went with Geomancer as a result.

Unfortunately, given how much hate AST has gotten from the end game community on "RNG isn't best button" I highly doubt they'd implement a second "gambler" job who's main mechanic is rolling dice. It'd be fun and engaging for all of two expansions and then it would be gutted and all of its random mechanics would all be the same effect. No thanks.
