Official posts are done in the Official supported languages. If you see something other, it is likely an auto-translate feature you have in your browser (or the web site) that kicked-in.

it's not the auto translate function, we're italians but we're not THAT dumb. the post are just badly written in a bad italian, geez some posts even have some part translated and some parts like product names such like: The Eorzean Symphony Orchestral Album Vol.2 not translated. if it was an autotraslate even those would be translated.
i looked into that section but it's only feedback for this site and the english localization :/

No one called you dumb, nor have I ever heard any sort of stereotype about Italian's intelligence.
Do you have a link to one of these posts? I'm only able to locate official social media acccounts in the 4 supported languages. E.g.:
https://twitter.com/ff_xiv_en
https://twitter.com/ff_xiv_jp
https://twitter.com/ff_xiv_de
https://twitter.com/ff_xiv_fr
Not necessarily. SquareEnix uses the English version of their product names in all of their posts in the various languages, so if you're seeing an autotranslate from a non-English language to Italian it's not going to translate the English product names or phrases. For example, this image shows the same post on the official English twitter account, the official German twitter account, and the official German twitter account translated to Italian by Google Chrome autotranslate, from left to right respectively.

https://www.facebook.com/FinalFantas...epa=SEARCH_BOX this is the page i'm referring to, but probably it will redirect you to the one in your language
also with the title not translated i was only showing you that is not an auto translate function, or the title of the product will be translated too
Are you quite sure this is an official page maintained by Square Enix? The official website only links to https://www.facebook.com/finalfantasyxiv regardless of language version. I was able to find a few other similarly named FFXIV facebook pages in different languages, including German, Spanish and Russian (out of these only German is an officially supported language). Common to all of these is that they lack the "Confirmed Page Owner: SQUARE ENIX, INC." indication in the page transparency box which the English version has.https://www.facebook.com/FinalFantas...epa=SEARCH_BOX this is the page i'm referring to, but probably it will redirect you to the one in your language

IN FACT if i click YOUR link i get redirected to the page I am talking about!!!
Yeah, that redirects me to the English version of the official page. I don't currently have a vpn so I can't mask my dns to view what you're seeing. Screenshot it maybe?
Again, just because you see the title of the products in English doesn't mean that the post wasn't auto-translated. If you a translating from a French or German post then any English words will remain in English while the rest of the French or German in the post will get translated to Italian. This happens because auto-translate only translates from one specific language to another specific language and doesn't change anything it doesn't recognize as part of the language it is translating from.
For the 1000 time, IT'S not auto translated!!! And as i said to the other user above if i click on the link for the english facebook page i am redirected to the italian one, i'll post some screenshots in a minuteYeah, that redirects me to the English version of the official page. And Mandarin is the most spoken, but isn't an official language either. The number of speakers does not necessarily correlate with the language's representation in the target audience of a game. Most speakers of Spanish live in relatively poor countries and are less likely to be able to afford a monthly subscription. There may be cultural differences with the acceptance of entertainment in foreign languages as well, though I don't have quantitative data on this. I do recall hearing that the German in particular prefer to have their movies dubbed, and the French have gone so far as to officially banning English words. So perhaps those countries see a better return for investment in localization.
