I wish they worked this hard at enforcing ALL aspects of the ToS mostly.

It's not like the people who routinely use DoL/H bots couldn't be exposed by simply referencing their activity logs or even just observing them briefly firsthand.

They really should just give the GMs authority to look into such matters since it really feels like the STF isn't even trying sometimes.

He is an influencer using Square Enix's name, so yeah he should be punished

Not defending the oft-elitist behavior of the prominent streamers or anything, but I don't think it can be argued that their influence is overall more of a net positive for the game because of the exposure their competitive raiding provides and that if they decided to shut down others like this (A lot of them have ragged on people hard enough at times that they could potentially have been banned in similar fashion if someone reported them) it would probably do more harm for the community then good.
