Yes, bad translations happen. But in that case the devs should issue a clarification of the slide to avoid this confusion.

I can't remember if that live letter was in English or only Japanese. Fact is that this is the official information players got about the foundation about blu. So if you see this official slide about the blu concept, that is what you would go with. And if the devs don't clear up the mistake on the slide it's a problem.

Even if there was some kind of misunderstanding or bad translation, the fact is BLU has existed as a live job now for nearly a year. So even if there was potential to misunderstand their intentions with BLU back then, you definitely know what it is NOW. There should be no more confusion, feigned or otherwise, at this point.

I think most people can see what they intend to do with it, especially now. I just think that they are handling the job poorly. Some enjoy it though and that's fine.
