I agree with the benefit of a dedicated DF. But I can understand why that would not work, players would just get tired of waiting hours of queue and would go to PF intead. But I think a BLU roullete for every intance would be good, excluding extreme and savage of course.
The Masked Carnevale is meant to be their version of end game though. The pre-game and end game can't differ to that great of an extant. And as someone else mentioned, several of the "required" spells are from group activities. If every spell was from the overworld, then all would be well, maybe. But the fact that we are forced to group up is a big part of the issue as well. It's neither, solo content with the option to group or group content with the option to solo. It's a continuous back and forth between the two, which gets frustrating when your current "mode" doesn't align with other peoples.
