I think I see what's wrong with it. It's multiplying by .0833 and is giving the number as a percentage. So basically 5 + 96% of a ft, instead of converting it to 11.6 inches, which it normally would be. (12 inches per foot = 60 inches for 5 ft, with 11.6 inches left over).
From what I guessed after actually counting the inches rather than relying on google at first glance was, yeah 5.96/6.0 feet. I just got confused.
