Because as someone who bought a small and upgraded to a medium, the reason I was able to do this was the location I was in. It's not the best in the world, but ultimately location doesn't matter to me.
When I got my small plot I wasn't being picky because I just wanted one. I had to spend an unhealthy 10+ hours sitting at my computer clicking a sign to get it though. That's the real problem.
