Useless post, you are also a prime example of who I’m talking about. Pretty odd coming from someone who is literally being inflammable. Also, nobody is threatening to “ban” anyone. I was implying that using alts is a bannable offense, as someone has been banned for doing so in the past. 34 posts and you choose to use it to say some garbage like that, really sad. Most outfits in this game are skimpy, so if that bothers you, play a different game. If you want to discuss crafting, I’m all for a discussion. If you want to start issues, you can kindly get put on the Ignore List, mkay? Mkay.

What, like the Blessed achievement tools for completing the crafting log? Those are pretty swaggy.

Yeah, but I mean anyone can do that. It’s not really a “bragging right” worthy item to be honest. My problem with the whole thing is this.... when I’m doing Ishgard restoration and I’m farming for points to be Top 5 on the leaderboards, I would hope my journey to Top 5 isn’t a cake walk. I would like other hardcore players butting heads with me to reach that Top 5. Doesn’t that sound cool?

I can’t really get that if the rewards are just titles, mounts, glam, and a few hairstyles here and there. The competition won’t be as intense. If it’s something like Lucis Tools back in 2.0 where you had to grind it to unlock it, my journey to Top 5 will be very challenging. It’ll be challenging for any hardcore player, really. Because everyone wants that new high stat exclusive tool or gear piece.

And that’s my point. I personally don’t have a problem with cosmetics, so I do agree with you guys there. But since Square Enix wants this to be something to give back to hardcore players, they are going to have to do what I suggested in this thread.
