You do know what lewd means right? Lewd isn't synonymous with attractive. Lewd means revealing outfits where are you bits and Bob's are hanging out. The definition is literally "crude and offensive in a sexual way". I have nothing against people wanting to make attractive characters, but you can do that without having to dress them in skimpy outfits, which is what you were implying when you said lewd. I wasn't insulting anyone who wants attractive characters, just commenting that not everyone wants to walk around in them. Or even most people like you claim. You've been arguing with nearly everyone here except a few "hardcore crafters from 2.0" who suddenly appeared out of the woodwork. And you've been condescending to everyone who doesn't share your opinion. Hell, from your attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if you liked your own posts with alts or something especially with how the likes always come as soon as you post, but I won't outright say you do because I have no proof. You could just have a few friends stalking but not talking (and if they are, do us all a favor and speak your own minds).

You seem to have a tough time understanding that the people I speak for usually do not browse the forums, and if they do, they don’t care enough to post. There was literally a pretty formidable crafter on my thread just yesterday who admitted he just lurks the forums. I’m going to keep saying it, no matter what people tell me, because it’s simply the truth. The truth is all I’m here to speak. No point debating with me over this, it’s not going to go anywhere.

You need to read what I said again, “crude and offensive” would be what you said to me a few posts earlier. And again, because people disagree with you and refuse to post, they are alts? Well, since you want to be a detective, I’m going to let you know now, that you get banned for stuff like that. Don’t come up with conspiracies just because people disagree with you. Another case of people only hearing and thinking what they want to hear and think, never mind the facts.

Also, you’re not exactly off to a good start with me calling a bunch of people perverts and street walkers. Then you go to call me condescending because of your rude statement. I’m not sure when the crafting section got filled with posters with your rude tones, but it’s pretty uncalled for. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated, simple.

Anyways, if there is no actual discussion to be had here, and it’s just going to be the same exact people being rude, hateful, and name calling me for simply having a strong opinion...I do something called Ignore. By the way, why do Likes even matter? It’s just a bias system. If people like you AND agree with you, they press Like, if they don’t like you, they don’t. I am not very fond of certain posters here nor do I agree with them, so I won’t Like anything they say.

Useless post, you are also a prime example of who I’m talking about. Pretty odd coming from someone who is literally being inflammable. Also, nobody is threatening to “ban” anyone. I was implying that using alts is a bannable offense, as someone has been banned for doing so in the past. 34 posts and you choose to use it to say some garbage like that, really sad. Most outfits in this game are skimpy, so if that bothers you, play a different game. If you want to discuss crafting, I’m all for a discussion. If you want to start issues, you can kindly get put on the Ignore List, mkay? Mkay.

What, like the Blessed achievement tools for completing the crafting log? Those are pretty swaggy.

Yeah, but I mean anyone can do that. It’s not really a “bragging right” worthy item to be honest. My problem with the whole thing is this.... when I’m doing Ishgard restoration and I’m farming for points to be Top 5 on the leaderboards, I would hope my journey to Top 5 isn’t a cake walk. I would like other hardcore players butting heads with me to reach that Top 5. Doesn’t that sound cool?

I can’t really get that if the rewards are just titles, mounts, glam, and a few hairstyles here and there. The competition won’t be as intense. If it’s something like Lucis Tools back in 2.0 where you had to grind it to unlock it, my journey to Top 5 will be very challenging. It’ll be challenging for any hardcore player, really. Because everyone wants that new high stat exclusive tool or gear piece.

And that’s my point. I personally don’t have a problem with cosmetics, so I do agree with you guys there. But since Square Enix wants this to be something to give back to hardcore players, they are going to have to do what I suggested in this thread.
