Patch 1.20b Notes now Live!

the fact that people expected food fixes and recipe revamps for alc/cul in this patch just makes me lol so hard. its a 1.20b people, that stands for various hotfixes related to 1.20

The fact that we are getting any content at all in this patch as well as what we got in 1.20a is great in my book. Supplemental stuff to keep us going even for a couple days until 1.21 launches in a few weeks...

That's why people think it's " less than they expected" because they were thinking they were getting more than this :/. but for a lettered patch, that really only you see is Hotfixes, but you get little to some content, Warrents the " More than Expected" statement.

For the time they needed to get this patch online, I expected some more stuff too.
I don't mean more content, because I know it's a lettered patch, but I see a lot more problems that could use a fix.

The repair function can be a mess to check if someone still needs a repair.
Unmounting a chocobo can make a character totally freeze for other players (annoying when he's the puller of your party XD).
Doors are sometimes showing open in Natalan when they aren't (which make ppl die sometimes).

I know, these are details I'm mentioning, but for the time it took to get this patch online, I expected to see some of these things fixed too.

I also expected to see a small change in the droprate of moogle nuts, or at least ifrit totems. Now it feels too much like they are keeping their players busy getting these weapons, because there is nothing else to do right now :s

Ah well, looking forward to 1.21 then! ^^

Goobbue is a cool thingie though! =D

My glee would be indivisible if he wanted you to hand in Kobalt currency or something.

Also, I can't really tell, but I think the Barp is in the folded up harp form, which we've yet to see in any screens. It's always been in the bow form before.

If you were expecting more from a #.##b patch. Then I don't really believe you actually play this game. Either that or you're very new here.
