    Wandering Minstrel NPC, but he just sits in one place? Kinda ironic to call it that, isn't it?

    Hmm...

    An issue wherein using an item on a friendly NPC sometimes generated enmity.
    Does using items on actual players generate enmity? If not, I'm guessing that's why they're fixing this to match how it works with players.

    I was always under the impression using items on other players generated a very small bit of enmity.

    Lettered patch= Barely any content, more hotfixes

    We got a Goobue and a couple GC things to buy. When you put it like that, its alot. I f you were expecting a monster patch, then yes I don't blame you for feeling that way.
