I'm envisioning something like Scrooge McDuck. Or it'll be one of those people who thinks buying out an entire housing ward is a cool thing for cool people to do.

They are partly what is responsible for inflation, as well. The people who have to make ALL the money, and then when they can throw it around all willy-nilly, then the price of everything goes up so they can make even moar money, meanwhile newbies/casuals suffer for it and/or worse, they cause developers to have to change things to combat this.
