They could just make them scale like how Odin fate does and nm's in eureka.

People are not greedy for wanting to be able to actually get credit on hunts they worked on spawning.
The low HP on ARR S ranks just encourage deviants to just start camping potential spawn points if they see someone working on spawning something so they can kill it before anyone else does.
They're a minority but they're still making hunting on the Aether DC an absolutely miserable experience compared to how it used to be.

In Crystal, Diabolos has the best hunt etiquette, but because of world travel, Balmung is making hunt miserable to everyone else. If we could just put a wall to not let the balmungos come to our world, it would be SO MUCH BETTER!

So maybe I am completely wrong. But are people actually working start to finish on spawning those hunts? Or do they think hey it should be close and easy to do X because i am 80 and the objective was meant for 50? The stormblood S ranks I have seen spawn since shadowbringers only been a couple of us in the zones. If it says you need to harvest 2000 mobs and you guys kill all 2000 mobs. That kind of sucks. But if you are like oh it should be close people have been doing stuff in the zone lets finish up and pop it, mehh.
Also while people ask for the S ranks to be buffed. Why is no one asking for the spawning conditions to be buffed? They clearly are not equal with the level cap where it is. I actually think the A and S rank hunt system is kind of garbage and they should just make them 30 min fates and be done with the drama.
For the most part, S ranks are not going to show up unless people are trying to spawn them on purpose. So maybe I am completely wrong. Nandi, Safat, Lampalagua, and Wulgaru are the most prone to accidental spawns out of the ARR crowd.
Bird of Paradise is the only HW S rank that's prone to appearing unexpectedly, though Senmurv can show up if there are people FATE botting in forelands.
Udumbara is the sole SB offender, though one of the mobs required to spawn it is only tied to hunt bills so it tends to have be left alone for a really long time for that to happen.
Agrippa and PR can definitely show up randomly, even if they can be very difficult to spawn intentionally. For the most part, S ranks are not going to show up unless people are trying to spawn them on purpose.

I've actually witnessed two unintentional PR spawns recently and they were beautiful~
I can't fathom Senmurv being spawned unintentionally even with bots abound.
Square Enix really seemed to cut back on the chances of a S rank spawning randomly with SHB.
I can't imagine anyone blowing themselves up in Am Araeng or throwing away tenderloins in Lakeland randomly.
XD

There will never be a good solution for this. At the end of the day, it's a free for all. No one is obligated to wait for anyone.
I remember when hunts first came out, people were roasting each other so hard, they changed servers/centers because of harassment.
I'm all in for waiting for people to get the mark, but people don't have time to wait 30 minutes for the entire server/DC to come and join the fight.
Someone, somewhere will be late and then be upset. You just can't please everyone sadly.
But what the bigger issue is, it's not even people waiting for the server, it's literally the entire center.
They could probably let S rank hunts be server only? It may help the issue a little without everyone hopping around.

I feel like they need to change something as long as they continue to keep the old hunt marks relevant.
Honestly, I would not be against not allowing players to attack hunts while on other servers at this point because the amount of trolling I've been having to deal with is getting unbearable at this point. Reasonably, what I'd want most is to just be able to check hunt spawn windows in game so that people are not allowed monopolize the S ranks by virtue of being the only ones who know their respawn times following a kill.
These people are doing what they do strictly to be obnoxious, not because they actually want the hunt rewards and the fact that they've been purposefully despawning the Forbidden Rebellion minions is the biggest proof of that.

This would be a welcome change. We shouldn't have to look outside of the game, or, worse, only a small group be privy to information such as spawns.
Local man still wants this to be a thing, is ready to be roasted. Is Stormblood HP fair enough? Im pretty much having to ignore ARR S Ranks and HW due to them dying in transit unless I start coming there the SECOND it's called out. It doesn't matter if I miss them, as there will be many more, but is this amount of HP acceptable?
Also for the SpAwN tHeM yOuRsElF, I do here & there, but that's kinda besides the point.
