I have come across three separate S ranks in Stormblood that were up at least for a day. And A ranks that sit on top of beast tribe quest spots for days in Stormblood(I hate you bee). Is it really people want them buffed or to lazy to kill other S ranks? I only see one title(seasoned tracker) that requires S ranks from ARR all others just say S rank.
