I would be more for jobs locks if the glamour system didn't make it so difficult.

Level 50 artifact gear can go in the armoire. The dyeable versions do not, so if you upgrade to those you need to use dresser space. The recolor sets (ilvl 90?) also require dresser space.

Level 60 and 70 job sets require dresser space.

Numerous identical or nearly identical items that are locked to jobs or roles that don't really fit any Job. Garo Shorts/Pants are a great example. So is the sky rat gear.

Not enough plates. There are currently 18 jobs and 11 crafting and gathering classes. All of which have at least some unique gear/glamour.

When jobs share gear you get stuck with with the same glamour for both or the un-glamoured gear for one. You can link plates to gear sets, but that only works in designated areas.

That's why glamour/joke gear doesn't matter, including those worn by npcs.
Currently they limit rolls separately from equip-ability. A healer can't need on a necklace that has strength but they can often equip it since a lot of jewelry is designated "all classes". They can limit loot rolls separately form equip-ability and glamour, especially if they implement a style collection system.

And I would disagree with the idea of being restricted from rolling on gears that you can equip.
