you shouldnt be allowed to roll for 2b outfit if you already have one

i lost some of my very high rolls to people ALREADY WEARING 2b outfit

like wtf?

and no its not the job styled one, the actual 2b glamour ones

it is same with savage raiding, people need on things already have, and those people that don't have BiS yet, need to roll need vs people who Need it for Alts


as FOR NIER => Simple solution -> you roll Need on coffer, and when You get it, You would get achievement, and next time the coffer should be gray or invisible to roll on, and if some one would lost those, could be restored from NPC
