No longer diadem achievements obtainable

This is a cruelly low blow by SE if they don't bring the achievements back somehow (which it is looking like they won't). When they revamped Diadem the first time they made a point to make the old achievements still obtainable in the new Diadem format. This time they are just removing the achievements with 3 days before the patch? (Monday is maintenance day) They have NEVER removed post-1.0 achievements before. EVER. Only Garo achievements were ever slated to be removed, and precisely because the ending of the Garo event was so unique in its removal of achievements and titles did they give us a huge amount of time to still gain them. I HAVE to believe they are bringing the Diadem achievements back in a different format (but same achievements/titles) because otherwise someone needs a slap in the face for this. Hard.

And if they are intending to somehow keep the achievements obtainable in the new content, we need to know about it. NOW. Otherwise I need to sacrifice my life to hopeless Diadem farm groups for NM's for the next 72 hours non-stop to have even the smallest chance of getting this achievement done in time. And people who aren't some what close to completion like me? Forget it, you lose.

And for those people that always say "shoulda got it earlier". I tried. I tried so freaking hard for so long, but the interest in the content petered out and finally died before I could get to 100 NM kills. The groups just did NOT want to kill NM's and it was pointless trying to convince them to do it. Then the content just died altogether and there was no way in there at all under normal circumstances.

That’s not exactly true. The Fold achievements no longer exists.
I was a decent chunk through that when SE decided to drop The Fold for The Feast only and give next to no warning the achievements were going as well.

Don’t get me wrong, I too am upset at achievements just leaving the game. Especially ones with shy grind to them!

They do still exist, actually.

The Fold's achievements were converted into Feast achievements in the 4.0 patch, that's why the Feast has many extra achievements that are nearly identical.

just wanted to point this out myself, so I'd expect that some of the Diadem achievements will be merged in with some other content. Maybe with the next Eureka thingy?
