There's a couple of details that, in the way you posted, just ring a red alarm on the your post.
Let's start with the obvious: stating the R card which just scream the bs alarm right away, it's rare for anybody to comes out instantly about it without wanting to use it as shock value or plain lie.
If it was the case, and that you're emotionally unstable when seeing certain behavior, you'd have issues with the game long before even reaching PvP (*wink wink* Sastasha), let's add to that you're playing on Balmung, server with an infamous reputation for it's quality role play.
The wording.
People get a kick out of making obscene emotes.
Obscene emotes over fallen bodies.
Very Obscene and insulting things.
etc..
Oh the agony.. they are burning the field Robert, they are tossing the children by the windows.. THE WINDOWS! and they are defiling the tombs with Bepsi!
You're exaggerating a lot there and since you're not posting or detailing what have been done then i'll take it you just got flustered over basic taunting from someone squatting for t-bag or dance.
If the emote was of a more serious nature (custom emote for example but not sure those show up in frontline) and is obviously abusive like Pewster Kickster spit on Andy Dandy cuz he ded like a weak then yeah it's aggressive/toxic and shouldn't be allowed to fly by without a warning. But if it's just generic t-bagging with the squat emote then who cares.. Taunting exist in gaming since the dawn of times and the beginning of multiplayer and anybody at some point did it to someone else and nobody fell from their chair (aside in anger due to poor emotion management). As long as it's not pushing boundaries and remain child-play then there's nothing wrong with it since angering the opponent is a valid strategy to get to some try hard.
Your post just feel like it's someones mom reacting on the facebook about what she saw when little Timmy was playing GTA or CoD, shooting all the innocent pixels and then bloods all over the screen, screams and gut spilling out, in short, exaggerating and blowing thing out of proportion...
Maybe some of this is true, and i'm sorry for you if it's the case, but this is the internet and the default stance is that you shouldn't take everything at face value. Your post lack proper example of what has been done regarding the issue making it hard to believe a lot of it, especially with the wording and the r card.
Let's not confuse obvious toxicity (Nice Job! spam) with generic taunting or child-play provocation (Squat - Dancing). If you're taking those things way too seriously or to a point you get emotionally annoyed by them, i'd take a couple step back on it and see how ridiculous you're being for overreacting over this.
