The Dwarves are more likely. Go to Tomra and take a look around, its all about crafting/gathering over there. They won't be. If there was any beast tribe you could make the case for requiring you to craft, it'll be the Nu Mou, who are merchants by nature. And with the recent MSQ, they WILL be wanting to restart their supply lines with other places so they have people to trade with and serve again (the adorable things).
I've been doing those. The Crystarium deliveries have been a bust though, since every one of the turn-ins requires stuff from three level 70 crafts. However, I staggered my crafting levels across the beast tribes, so I can't make the items to turn in because they always require a material from a craft whose level is too low to make it.
So, I'm just using the old turn-ins, Nazmu, and Moogles to get everything else up to 70 so I can do the Crytarium stuff (and whatever comes up in 5.1).

Those are house of splendors not Custom deliveries which have their own little stories and start with Zhole unlocked at 60. Starts with lv 57 turn ins. As far as I know there isn't a ShB person yet.

Namazu exp reward is awesome in the range 60-69 and three quest are enough for a fast path to 70. Unless you want 9 quests but with standard exp rewards that are 1/100 of what you get today...
Slightly off topic here, but Namazu max rank is 8 or could be more?

The crystarium deliveries were good exp, though its not repeatable. Once you hand in your first 6 facet of _____ items, the story progresses and they no longer need that item. Each stage was worth around a level of exp when done near level(and with HQ turn ins of course). This far into the patch cycle, buying the intermediate mats from the classes you dont have leveled shouldnt be too expensive if youre judicious about it. You could also try running some gliderskin maps, as they reward mostly crafting mats and you could theoretically get what you need(this is all rng of course). And finally, if you have any crafter friends in a similar position you could trade mats you can make for mats they can so you both can finish things more cheaply. Otherwise, waiting is fine too. Just sometimes it helps to have one or two classes ahead of the others for agnostic turn ins(like the new custom delivery client coming in 5.1).I've been doing those.
