Are you sure they've said they're modelling it? My understanding (between comments and generally how the character creator works) was that they have to work out if they can program it in at all.

I don't think it's about the model, but whether it's possible to add the choice to the character creator. Nothing has ever been added to the 'additional features' menu that includes beards for characters that have them - and I suspect it's not possible without redesigning the system. It's not like a hairstyle they can add to an ever-growing list of options.

I understand basic Japanese, and not living in Japan. Still "Name" follow by desu is uaually used by your own for introduction, never heard of how it is used this way.

They added a couple of new face paint options during one of the early Halloween events as well as 'fake' eyebrows for Highlander men. It's seemingly possible, they just don't want to do it for some reason. Which is a shame since it's been a common request for quite some time now for male characters to get a few more customisation options custom-tailored to their typical aesthetics.

Face paint has the same selection method as hairstyles - it's a list of options and you can only pick one. (They evidently can and ideally should add more face paints - the current variety is mostly uninteresting and I don't see many people use the options that are currently there.)

Extra features are separate toggles that all turn on and off independently, and they also seem to be designed to either not get in the way of each other.

I am one of not many who used face paint on my character and I am absolutely in love with it. That mask is kind of my 'trademark' now and make my character look unique. I've seen couple of people here and there with some face paint, but no one used the whole thing or the style I went for. My previous char had the same one and I am sticking to it until the end!
