Dear Yoshida-desu, please, bring more Beard あごひげ to us! We can see a lot of NPCS using some cool Beards, but us...we only have very very ugly Beards.
Don't make the Facial Features linked to the Faces.

They've said they're working on trying to model the WOL beard from the Shadowbringers trailer to work on the various races. So hopefully that's one we'll get soon...

I live in Japan, and while not fluent I am business level. I have never heard -desu used as a suffix to a name, in the same vein as -san or other widely used honorifics. It just doesn't make sense.

Putting that to one side as it doesn't really matter, I say yaaaasss to the suggestion of more beards. Being a bearded fellow in real life I would love to have more facial hair options in game.
