The only answer is to make it solo. Anything else will just make people find ways to cheat and then hide behind - new players-

I say the better answer is to get rid of Castrum and Praetorium. These duties are badly made and the MSQ roulette is only a band-aid to the problem. They should chop up these duties into bite-sized normal raids like Alexander. In pieces, they'll be fast paced enough for most players to tolerate without a giant exp bribe.

IMO they should rework them into solo duties, and maybe keep Ultima weapon (2nd fight) + Lahabrea as a trial if they want to have the finale of 2.0 still be multiplayer.

I don't think there's enough to these isntances to chop them up into raids considering how fast everything dies except for ultima weapon phase 1 and Julia because of near invlun mechanics.
