Mini Bahamut

That is already in the game, unfortunately it was a bonus included with the first run of the ARR Original Soundtrack Bluray album and has not been available since 2015 sadly. And given SE does not normally add bonus items that come with merchandise later on to the Mogstation, I don't see him coming back I'm sorry to say (if someone has a Wind Up Louisoix out at the same time as someone else has the Wind Up Bahamut, the two start fighting, it's really quite funny to watch.

Mini Carbuncle

Like the Wind up Bahamut mentioned above, there are actually two Carbuncle minions already in the game, and like the Bahamut minion, were bonuses included with merchandise, in this case the Carbuncle plush toys sold through the SE Store (fittingly). I'm not sure if the item codes are still redeemable however.
