So you edited out the most telling part of your original post. You want people to just focus on the title alone when other circumstances to the situation needs to be considered as a whole before saying whether they agree or disagree. That is like asking someone to sign a contract before they've read it.

I think after 12 pages of discussions that it's just possible the reason for your removal from a party that "MAYBE" you became argumentative. I may be wrong, but it's just my guess seeing how you're handling the discussions here.

It doesn't take much review to know that disagreements on BiS falls under none of the criteria existing for vote kicks.

Someone got called out for their gear and now wants compensation. Sure I'll back getting compensated for that lol. No way that would cause any issues if players could submit reports and get tomes for once off kicks. What a joke.

Good luck getting SE to give you tomes. Never seen them give anything back to ones. Once I got kicked when was a healer and tank kept dying and blaming me when check there gear and was in level 60 tomes gear mainly in a level 70 dungeon. Report the kick and spoke to gm never did get any tomes that would got from them.

Because tomestones aren’t given until you beat the dungeon. In the eyes of the GM, you didn’t earn anything; same with the OP. Report the kick if it’s believed to be abusive; but asking for compensation won’t get you anywhere because there’s nothing to compensate.

Doesn't help time that had to rate in queue to get in there just to be kicked and have to wait again for who knows how long. One thing could do to fix it if your in party of 4 takes 3 of them to kick the player and if in party of 8 takes 7 to. If one doesn't hit accept it fails. Good thing every time been false kicked I reported them and gm has nice chat with them. That alone is good enough for me. Makes them worry if they do it again what happen.

This system would be great if we had odd numbered groups. But with even numbers, this is open to more potential abuse in that if a troll queues with a friend they cant be kicked.
