I will never understand why they had to call the concept as "limited job"? Why not go with "side job" or "sub job" as an XI reference? Needlessly bad marketing as far I'm concerned. Not to mention that it doesn't really explain what the purpose is. At least side job immediately suggests that the content is meant as a side activity. I think I agree with your comment, I guess. It's a bit jumbled, but I sense that you appreciate SE doing things out of the norms when it comes to job development. If so, I like that part of BLU too. And if I may add, the limited job concept can give more obscure or niche jobs a chance to be added in to XIV. Which is always nice.
