Not really. The Viera start off sexulised. Everything from their poses to the official art work to their staring gear is sexulised. Where as the Hrothgar (and yes folks will rule 34 them but this community rule 34s carbuncles and moogles ) aren't. They have gruff beast like emotes, decent racial gear ext. When SE release official art of a Hrothgar in a leather g-string doing a sexy butt pose then I'll consider them a fan service race XD

Don't Hrothgar have literally the skimpiest RSE though? Like, their chest is nearly completely uncovered and they have this tiny skirt. You can actually see their panties when they run.
