Never underestimate the Greater Internet Jerkwad Theory. That said I doubt it's going to be a major issue most players will need to worry about because the devs don't take too kindly to it and thus it's pretty easy to report.

This is probably why inprogress gets no mog tomes. No sneaking friends in right at the end. But it also means if you are doing a 4 man and a tank or healer drops might be really hard to fill.
