We get a GLD, LNC, and NIN with me on AST.

We start off and Tank doesn't have stance on. He's level 23 so probably just forgot to reapply on level synch so I make a friendly comment along the lines of "Remember to put on your Shield Oath". Nothing. No response, no Shield Oath, and we continue on, with aggro ping ponging along between everyone. I again, tell the tank to put on their Stance. Still no go. The NIN tries to inform them as well, writing out their name and everything. Still nothing as they continue on their merry way. NIN tries 1 last time to tell them before the 1st boss but nothing and at that point, I'm not having it. We were nice, we told you what to do and how to do it but you wish to not learn, well let's just say this masochist is also a vindictive a-hole. We get to the 1st boss and I just don't heal him; He can't be bothered to do his job, I can't be bothered to do mine (I heal the DPS because they're doing their job so I respond in kind), which I inform the Tank as such before rezzing them. Next set of mobs, STILL no Shield Oath and I again let him die before we initiate vote kick and it passes. We get a replacement and finish up without further incident.

Yes, it was Sastasha, a dungeon you can do in your sleep and yes, the Tank was a sprout but if you are not willing to do your job at that early a stage, when people are actually explaining what you need to do to perform your job, you aren't going to improve and I am not one to simply carry some lazy people thru content, sprout or no sprout. I mean, guy was level 23 and was still using the default clothes from when you start (not glamour, the actual level 1 default gear with random accessories, etc.). It might have been a bot really for all I know but still, I don't think I made the wrong decision at all there.
If you're going to "kick" the newbie sprout tank for not doing his job, the least you could do is to get the revised name correct to prevent confusion.

To reemphasize what other have said earlier, the correct name of the tank stance is called "Iron Will".

While you may not be in the wrong for kicking the undergeared tank (he/she should NOT be wearing the level 1 default gear in the first place), you also solidified the stereotypical thought people believe about mentors with "crowns" and stuff.

Me, a Noct AST. Of course we nearly wiped because I consistently had low MP since I was doing nearly 2 healers' jobs, almost couldn't res them when they died. Had to LB3 to save it, still nearly wiped again after that because Ms. Glare Spam didn't want to heal.

    I don't like lazy players.
Yup. Medica II is just a waste of time according to WHMs nowadays.

Remember that there are people queued as Healers because their dps classes don't get the queue to instapop, so they become green dps instead.

I call it Shield oath here because I'm just more used to it being called that but both myself and the NIN stated Iron Will when speaking to the tank so its irrelevant to the story as a whole since the outcome was still the same. I tried being nice and helpful at first, it didn't work. At that point, its clear they don't care so I don't either. Nothing more.

I guess you shouldn't have left that important piece out.

It seemed irrelevant to the story, at least IMO. I'm just used to typing Shield Oath is all, and who can blame me since its been called that for years.
    Old habits and all.

Apparently he was on his way to buy a better sword, but duty popped while doing so.
Didn't cause any issues, as his tanking prowess wasn't needed, but... he stuck the whole way in Iron Will and couldn't even contest the actual main tank. Our party's aggro table looked like something out of the pre-Shadowbringers world. :P
well, it's item level 70 dungeon but it's even easier than that because of all the changes in all expanions which has gotten the game easier and easier.

So I've just started learning ShB MCH at level 70 since the job was totally redesigned (for the better!) and just...... just wow.... dear lord.

I seriously hate playing with other dancers. Most of them have no freaking clue, and there is NO HOPE of them ever getting one, yet they seem to think they are best thing since sliced bread and know everrrrrryyything.

Basically if I JIP into Final Steps of Faith again(that irritating music did not help my mood at all either), and theres 2 of them, I know right away why the DPS left.

This is not from duty finder but a run with randoms in HoH:

I am seemingly one of the few people that go around and get the chests. I dont go to rooms far away, I mostly just gather those that are in the same room on the way to the exit which people even leave a lot of time...(one even said that they were too lazy to get the silver chests next to them because they are useless..)

So I am a bit annoyed when I had one group of players where I popped two primals which I mostly gathered myself and got told that I should not waste them on lower floors..when I questioned why, they said that it can be used on the boss..when I said that its much better to use it at floors because the boss is death quite fast, they suddenly said that I should keep them to floor 28 and beyond because its much harder there. (And calling me a dummy too) On the next floor (which was below 28) we had a bad effect on the floors and suddenly they were like: Look we could have used one now...I kept quiet but thought: But its still below 28...Then after beating the boss, I just wrote: Floor 29 really was hard.

I know I was a bit sarcastic there but I was quite annoyed. First most threads I have read on the internet always stated that you should not keep them for bosses (other than Odin) because its much better there...then the upper floors (as in floor 28-29) are not that much harder. I have seen more near wipes on the lower floors thanks to the red wheels than I have ever seen on the upper floors. Second there is no guarantee that there will be negative effects on the higher ones so keeping it for that is just not reasonable imo.

In the end the floors 28 and 29 were easy and short, while the floors that I used them on were long. The last one I used even had the maximum amount of floors and the exit was on the end of it..

So for me its never a waste no matter the floor as long as you do it at the start and have no other pots to use that can wipe floors..but seemingly I am the dummy (who gathered them anyways..)
