Can we please just have instanced housing already?

One time and again, most of us don't ask new wards but INSTANCIED housing. And that is pretty different. I know programming, I practiced both client side and server side.

They refuse instancied housing talking about instancied housing as is was adding some wards. People who ask instancied housing ask.. instancied housing, no "more wards". People, like me who understand the difference know too why we ask instances and no wards.

The technical pretext is a bad joke :

One player use one instance at time.
They added TRUST (a solo dungeon, then a solo instance)
They added housing storage
We can solo dungeons
We can be alone in Eureka
etc.

And instances are a problem?

Few players can own a whole ward and they have a problem for instancied housing... that are nothing else than a bigger apartement?

Seriously, the technical argument is a pretty bad joke.
