Lets give people a house when they complete ARR, that will make gil even less meaningful and useless. This descision will make crafting even more dead. It was THEIR choice to start at the populated server with friends, all you can say to those people — enjoy your appartments aka housing for everyone. Houses should be for rich people, giving everyone everything would be mistake.
