I guess you’re unaware that these botting programs already exist. You’re apparently also unaware that people already sell these services. And others buy.

And this thread proves i was right? Lots of people came here to express their disappointment. I know there are people who will be happy with just replaying the story. But do you know that that is not everyone? Are you this ok with denying others a feature they could enjoy? Why?

If that is the case, and i have my doubts, then what exactly is your problem? If the exploit is happening already having new game + give XP rewards would change absolutely nothing. So, again, why are you adamant in denying people a feature they could enjoy? I mean, just the fact that you think the game should now be designed with everything the bots do in mind is ridiculous. Should we also remove mob drops from the overworld? Shall we remove quest cause bots do them? Should we remove gathering nodes cause bots farm them? Just stop.
The bots are a problem on squeenix back end and that is where it needs to be fixed. Not in the game design.

I do believe the one who has spent the MAJORITY of this thread 'speaking for others' is you. Soooooo... I mean.... pot meet kettle? As for leveling - You have PotD, HoH, dungeons, Dailies, PvP, FATES... the FATES in ShB even provide SHINIES for you if you unlock them. They tried to provide those nifty carrots that everyone seems to be clamoring for in this thread. That they took the ONE THING that they decided to put in for the people wanting to do the STORY AGAIN and said 'this is not intended for level grinding' and y'all are having a fit? Nah. XD I'm sorry... NAH.

EDIT: Wait wait, I forgot a leveling thing! HUNTS! You can do HUNTS TO LEVEL! Ooooh, there's THAT TOO! Gosh... silly me!

Oh keep your shinies. I want to have the experience of leveling my job through the story back. It was supported by the game on the first job. But, apparently, i have to be forced into those options you listed without any choice even though the feature is right there. I cannot be allowed to enjoy a different method. Why? Hmm why indeed... eh? Then i'm the one telling others eh? Sweet irony.
