A mentor offered to join me in Striking Tree (Hard) as healer as I wanted to try out 8-person mode on my SCH. While for them it ended up just the "same old", I felt it was more "chaotic" than tanking/dpsing xD. I barely did anything. And to add more salt to the "wound", it obviously doesn't help that I'm a stubborn clicker and thus need sometimes a couple of seconds to find, for example, the instant-cast + resurrection spell x_x. But I try at least to arrange my spells somewhat usefully!

I unlocked GNB yesterday and actually failed the last encounter in their starter mission .

Confession #1

I always tell some other players that I will not accept extravagant gifts. However, I have gladly accepted items like the Gyr Abanian Plait, several costly minions, orchestrion rolls, and even my first cottage xD

The truth is: I don't accept extravagant gifts if I think there is some kind of ulterior motive going on, which I will sniff out like a trained hound.

Constantly mention the wrong location when doing maps to my FC, which is why I won't do them in PF!

Everyone thinks I am 'caster' or 'ranged' type of player when I actually love melee jobs more than anything.

I honestly have no idea where I'm going while tanking.

I think almost all the jobs play better now in their strip downed/streamlined versions than they ever have before. Particularly mch, brd, and smn as the most improved.

Nin however, got simplified too much on top of being nerfed to the ground. Only changes I disliked.

I'm feeling regret over leaving an FC that I've been part of for 3 months. I also may as well admit that I have a problem with trusting people in this game.
