Normally I go for the bland and boring:

/ac "Swiftcast"
/wait 2
/ac "Raise" <t>
/ac "Raise" <mo>
/p "Raising <t>"
/micon "Raise"

Only time I really used something different was when I was leveling AST, when used:

/p "You activated trap card! Powerful Rebirth! I use its effect to bring <t> back to life!"

But I got bored and took off that raise macro. And yes, this trap card does exist.
