1, 2 levels? Impossibl3, maybe at very low levels.How much level progress did that several million experience actually give you though? That's the main issue here. Getting an actual dungeon in leveling roulette gives 1-2 levels, while a story primal gives maybe one-third of a level. It's great if you just want something fast, but if you're trying to get levels it's a significant loss, which means that often they're just really annoying.
I don't see why increasing the experience rewards would be a problem, anyway. It's not like people would leave and requeue until they got a story primal (which is relatively unlikely to begin with). It would just make them feel less wasteful if you do happen to get them.
Its usually 1/3 of a level for a dungeons and 1/5 if u get a primal
