I mean both sides of this argument make good points. It's not that hard to get all classes to 80 to obtain the mount, but it's a rather weird condition to have to meet for a mount that's not particularly rare in the universe, and makes more sense as a story reward as was done traditionally.

I'm ok getting a swanky mount as a reward for getting all classes to 80, I'm just not sure if the Amaro really fits that bill.

To be fair you get it from an NPC from the Source, while they might be plentiful on the First they are rare to non existent on the Source, at least in the regions we've been to.
