What's strange about the Crysta part is if I use UltimatePay, I can select Saudia Arabia and do see choices like CashU, OneCard, amongst other things.

I hate to put SE in the spotlight like this, but I think it'll be up to SE has to hope that Crysta will be legally approved in Saudia Arabia or any given nation where players are unable to purchase Crysta.

also, once registered with SE, you cannot change your region. And if you make a new account, you will not have access to your current character(s).

Thanks alot Fiosha! the address actually worked, and about Crysta, we are able to buy them, just we can't use them in our accounts, we do not have the option, I hate to use C&B but if its the only thing I have, then have to use it I guess.

Well, I made an account finally with C&B now, but have to wait until I confirm the account with the bank (Strict bank ftl), I'll update you once I'm able to reactivate or not.

I am still pretty shocked billing service started without taking care of such issues in the first place...

We are in middle January and there is not even announcment about it.

I feel bad for all these folks having payment issues And SE does little to nothing to help...you think they would have a step by step instructions for you to follow or at least something besides "Oh, go to click n buy and get them to help you" -_- It seems like some kind of endless cycle.
