How long have you been experiencing this issue? When the game crashes, are there any programs or overlays running in the background? Could you also try doing a clean boot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

I've been experiencing this for about 12 hours now. There was nothing else running, no overlays either. Did a clean boot, nothing. I don't have anything set to start up anyway

I've just finished reinstalling the game for the fourth time tonight, and it finally works. I don't know what happened as literally the only thing I did was reinstall it, uninstall it, reinstall it etc four times.
