The whole reason behind the tax is that Red Mage has access to these at any time lmao. Red Mage is taxed for having access to verraise on a whim, giving them a stance they can turn on and off at that same whim won't change the tax at all.

I said a stance with long recast time you can't cancel the stance to verrise/heal and go back to stance immidiately. But you can plan ahead to use it with the burst phase.
