    From what I have read in a past posting to Lodestone (http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...f018ec5fb504d2) companies will be player ran. I am not sure if they will do what they said they will do, but I am curious how they will implement them into the game. Like other players I would like to see DoL and DoH involved in making these companies and boats. Imo DoL and DoH are very boring and this would make for some excitement.

    Can't really judge anything based on that update schedule anymore.

    I think at least initially the Company system will be NPC-run.
