Got WOD in alliance raid roullette and for some reason it was the worst run. People played like it was their first time.

I did WOD yesterday, and we wiped TWICE to Cerberus, both times, the person who picked up a chain, didn't know what to do with it, and it timed out.

The message this sends is "Give in to the bullies, because standing up for yourself (and/or others) is punishable." And that's pretty messed up.

No, the message is "Be smarter about fighting back."

Monster-Player Kill is still breaking the rules (silly if you ask me as the death penalty in this game is a joke, but it is what it is). You just gotta be more creative about fighting back.

It's frustrating but the moment your healer said they wouldn't heal them in chat it basically sealed their fate. The GM's only source of information is the chat log, so they will scour through it to find what they think the big issue was.

The best thing to do if you're playing with randoms on DF is to simply not say anything. Some people in game get butthurt and send a report over no matter what, so saying nothing is proof you didn't provoke anything and it's just them blowing hot air.

That's honestly a good reason a thread like here exists to just vent and let it out, it sucks but we're here to understand.

　I:m getting a super raised anger with the speed buff from range... I almost left a dungeon out of spite cause of it. I didn:t and just dealed with it but I can:t explain it. I HATE it to my core atm. I was screaming at the tv everytime the bard used it. I KNOW t:s all a me thing and I KNOW noone is going to understand it and call me names cause of it... but I can:t help it right now... it pisses me off. And I can:t not do dungeons cause I need the levels. Might be tied to something bigger but everytime it:s used I get instantly pissed and want to either kick the person for using it on me OR boot myself from the dungeon. Again.. I:ve NEVER done either or these but it:s how I feel. Maybe it:s just I:m sick of the - gotta go fast- thing people have in this game, even when you wipe or whatever. I didn:t think I still had issues with that as I just got used to it. But some reason right now.. I REALLY hate that buff and want to punch it off my screen with the most hate and anger ever... I:m talking 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 etc etc etc of force. THATS how mad I get when it happens. And yes it makes NO sense... but it:s honestly how I get.

If you truly get this angry over someone using Peloton I would suggest finding a good therapist in your area. That's not healthy.

I'm not being facetious at all. Getting frustrated to that degree over something so insignificant is a serious problem that justifies contacting a mental health professional.

Should've kicked him right before the final boss. Then he doesn't get the completion bonus but still loses time for being petty.

True didn't think about that but then also didn't want them to get the satisfacton. I even said I didn't see how the cnj was so bad cause i mean dnc is kinda squishy. After their this healer is super bad comment they never replied. IDK what i replaced but I doubt it was a class or job that could aoe that low.

Gonna have to tell ya I don't mind it, because it makes the walks of shame take less time and i get back to mashing faces faster. but about half the times the bard/ machinis/ dancer uses it is more often than not they got bullied into always using it. all the time. even when it serves no purpose...so i just kinda deal with it.

Really if they want their negligible speed returns then let them have it and just kinda look at it as turning on the 1.5X speed on a youtube video. that's...about the sum total of why i find it amusing now.

Yeeeah, that's a bit much. I'm someone who also hates the rush mentality (such-and-such might take 2-5 more minutes? OH NO, the sky is falling!), but this is... something else. If you're this worked up over it, take a step back and really think about why you feel this way. You may be frustrated about something else, and it's bleeding into your gaming. I'm not trying to attack you, this is a legit concern, and something people have experienced before, so give it some thought.
