ジョブ取得条件についてですが、何名かの方が正解を書いてくれていますが、
現時点でお答えできる範囲でコメントします。
Regarding requirements needed to obtain job; some have answered them already but I will comment on some I can answer at this time.

まずジョブは、クラスと一対一の関係です。
First off the Class to Job relationship

• 剣術士：ナイト - Gladiator > Paladin (JP calls it Knight)
• 斧術士：戦士 - Marauder > Warrior
• 格闘士：モンク - Puglist > Monk
• 槍術士：竜騎士 - Lancer > Dragoon (JP calls it Dragon knight if directly translated.)
• 弓術士：吟遊詩人 - Archer > Bard
• 幻術士：白魔道士 - Conjurer - White Mage
• 呪術士：黒魔道士 - Thaumaturge - Black Mage

こちらは以前「クラスコンセプト／アクションリスト」でも公開しているものです。
そして、ジョブ取得の条件ですが、対応するクラスともう1つ指定された別のクラスが必要になります。
たとえば、ナイトの場合、
We have mentioned this previously in the concept art/action list info. And regarding the requirements needed you will need one more other class other than the main class
for example for Paladin

• 剣術士：レベル30 - Gladiator Level 30
• 指定された別のクラス：レベル15 - Another class Level 15

になると、ジョブ取得クエストが発生するようになります。
By doing that you can start the quest to obtain the job.

「指定された別のクラス」はそれぞれ何？と気になるところだと思いますが、
こちらは追って、トピックスなどでご紹介しますのでそれまで楽しみにお待ちください。
You may wonder whats the other class required but for that we will introduce through topics so please hang in there.

ユーザーマクロで使用できるアイコンについては、以前こちらでもコメントさせていただきましたが、
新しいアクションだけでなく、従来よりあるケアルなど新たなアイコンはパッチ1.21より順次追加を行っていきます。

There is one post about user macro icons but that one is pretty much same as one Rep's responded before.
They will be adding new action icons to the current list of icons we can assign to the user macro's starting in 1.21 patch.

They didn't mention anything this time about deleting the old and replacing with the new so hope they are just going to add more without deleting the old.

This one is talking about gatherer's actions like Land Survey (dunno if same in English one sorry) but the actions to locate the gathering points.

今の周囲を探索するアクションは８方位しか表示出来ないんですけど、これを16方位に変えて欲しいです。
Currently when you use search action it only displays the 8 directions but would like to show 16 directions instead. (like NNW, SSE)

8方位を16方位に変更することは東北東、南南東など方向が倍になり煩雑になってしまうため実装は今のところ考えていません。ただご要望もありましたので、開発チームで検討を行ってみます。
Currently there are no plans for this one but since there was a request dev team will try and look into if this is possible.

もしくは、索敵アクションで得たポイントをマップに表示(例：150ヤムル以内は大まかなポイント表示。それ以上は方向のみ。等)できないですか？
Is it possible to say like if you're 150 yalms or closer it will show up on the map and if further away to show the direction only?

こちらは時期についてはお約束できないのですが、開発チームでも実装に向け検討を進めています。
For this one we cannot say when but the dev team is looking into this one to implement such feature.

やっぱりチョコボ騎乗中にも使えるようにして欲しい
Would like to use actions while on Chocobo

現状、チョコボ騎乗中は一律アクションを使用することはできませんが、今後のチョコボの拡張も含め、前向きに検討を行っています。
Currently while on Chocobo you cannot use any actions but with expansion to Chocobo we will look into this one as well.

また、なにかあればフィードバックをお願いします。
