Agreed, it's pretty creepy. Just ask them to stop, and if they persist and it's making you uncomfortable you can just report them. In my experience, most people will ease up on that sort of stuff if you call them out for it.

It's a difficult one as it is only pixels and you can't see what is on their screen, only on your own and so long as you are happy with your appearance that should be good enough.

On the other hand, we shouldn't just let it become a normalized behavior, virtual or not.

For the most part, if I don't know a person's doing it, then I really don't care. (Because I can't.) But if I were to get a /tell or see screenshots of my characters posted by someone who had NSFW/nude mods then that would be another matter. There's a still a separation between player and character, but that doesn't excuse a person from being a creep, even if to 2D/3D pixels. It's not that far away from say, someone photoshopping someone else's face onto porn. One could argue it's no big deal if they aren't caught, but that's not really a person I'd want to be around once the knowledge is out.
