Do you think taking up-skirt shots of peoples characters is creepy?

Hm, I'll never have this problem, as my character never wore or ever will wear a short skirt - meaning I think that's the reason why -

My character has a few glamours with skirts or a long top and I have never received a catcall, whispers or had people sitting by me looking up my skirt.

I think its the hair? Maybe if I had sexier hair I'd get more attention.
