As for your question, there's a bunch of other threads with several post were people painstakingly explain what is the point of unskippable cutscenes. I'm going to recommend you to read them.

At this point, I'm pretty sure people complaining are just willfully ignoring what people say because they feel they deserve to get a obnoxious amount of rewards without deserving it..
