Maybe, if we are talking about male viera who are living out their lives in the wood and constantly on the hunt, but I don't think female viera are doing that level of hunting. They have athletic tone, without it being overly bulky. Highlander is known as a naturally strong race.

As I recall, Male and Female Viera live separate entirely save for reproduction, so the females would need to fetch their own food. Thus they would need to hunt as frequently as the males.
