Can any team comp clear?

I’ve been wondering about all this talk about dps balance and stuff?

For example, people are saying ninja’s dps is low. Does it make the class unable to clear savage content?

From what I heard from the devs, they have it where any team comp can clear(i.e your two tanks, two healers and four dps)

Considering even in the 1st week all jobs have multiple E4S clear, i think as long your team is balanced with no double jobs it should be OK.

However, maybe a 4 melee DPS comp or a 4 ranged would have issues.

I would tentatively state that four Red Mages couldn't clear all the content.

Yeah... No. I don't think a dnc --> Ninja ---> RDM ---> SMN could clear it. the dps check requires bigger numbers that only one of these can hit at min ilvl. Add a few weeks and it would only be a problem for 2 of these.

Oh, that’s why people are asking for buffs for these four the most.

Even if i can't lie be saying theses classes should get a buff, i really think such a comp can clear E4S right now. However i haven't found any parses of this comp yet. And there is multiple factor, and the big one is 1 melee and 3 ranged is not a "usual" comp (which is more 2/2).

So i can't say for sure.

From scratch week 1 any team running both ninja and dancer at the same time at 90% had hard times clearing Titania. They wouldn't clear E2s without bringing 2 mnk/blm/drg because the loss difference of ninja itself causes you to miss enrage. So add the loss of all these to the high dps check.

Objectively false, I can point you right now to a MNK/NIN/SMN/BRD clear of E4S week 1, 3 of those dps are considered bad with MNK being the only "op" dps.

I would also tend to think 2 Dancers in a group may be hard

My group cleared E4S Week 1 with MNK/DRG/RDM/DNC. We had the fast enrage as well, so in our instance specifically I doubt we'd have made it without our DRG and MNK being as strong as they were. That said, I think at a super optimal level, NIN/SAM/RDM/DNC could have done it, even if only with a slow instance.
