I'm confused.. in the same post you say that all classes feel the same, then proceed to say it doesn't make sense they have similar skills with different effects.

I see grief against homogenization very often on this forum and more often then not the people complaining don't propose anything and adopt a shifting stance.. Of course you can draw parallels with a lot of tank skills , or healers skills, or DPS skills: they have a job to do and you need those tools. But you complaining that similar skills have different effect and that forces the job to play differently while complaining against homogenization is bewildering
