Why not setup some min ilvl runs in PF? No need to punish the vast majority of people who don’t want this, I’ve heard of groups that run things specifically at min ilvl for this reason.
There's no point/reason to run it in minimum item level though, because the whole reason this is getting proposed is to stop people doing ilvl fixing for alliance roulette, which people do because the CT raids are significantly easier than the 60/70 ones.
