Nope. I've mained AST pretty much since HW, and still intend to. And Shadowbringers hasn't reduced my love for healing one bit.

I have. It's clear now that the devs don't care about us, else they would have at least said something more encouraging than "permanent changes, deal with it".
Healers are boring to me, still way too much healing downtime (despite what the naysayers told us before release) and nothing to do during said time except spamming one button.
Our damage spells are identical, and our healing kits are still so powerful we could heal any fight with pre-50 spells. Everything past that is merely here for comfort, and it only makes the role even more boring.
Unless they make major healer changes, I'm not touching this role ever again.
I haven't, however I been one step out the door this whole expansion and decided to raid again as healer. I feel like I'll only heal in my raid group and some traps, but won't be playing the job in casual content because it's way too boring outside of extremes/savage.
Our kits is now basically a game of hitting the one button heals at the right time for the mechanic and hit two damage buttons if you're not.
I wanted to quit healing but alas I had already committed to healing for my static, but first chance I get I'm switching.
The main issue in my eyes is that they give healers all these fancy tools, but 99% of the content in the game doesn't even come close to making you use them. Even in savage, there are raid wides followed up 30 seconds of literal nothing. Even boss auto attacks are flimsy. Most of the time a single medica 2 can handle it. Yawn.
They need to either commit to healing and make things that are actually a challenge to heal, or commit to giving them actual DPS kits and reduce healing tools (and reduce healing needs appropriately)
No, still healing away here and there. Unpopular opinion, I love the changes, how they make them simpler than ever.
Update from my previous post: I have now quit healing for the time being. I quit after the live letter and shall probably keep away from healers until we get some indication that there will be some sort of positive change. I’m sick of spamming the same 3 spells for the majority of the content, and the idea of doing even more of that as I get more skilled is too depressing to work for.
That said, I don’t plan to leave the healer forums. I still love what healing can be and has been in the past, and I intend to advocate for change until either I see it or I quit ffxiv altogether.
I posted here earlier saying I hadn't quit yet, but I have quit for good now. As others have mentioned, the skill ceiling for healers is abysmal. The better I get at healing the more dpsing I find myself doing. I heard the developers wanted us to heal more than anything else but the more I play this game as a healer the less I feel the need to heal. Every healer role feels the same, and my favorite healer Scholar is now just spamming Broil over and over, with a few healing ogcds sprinkled in. Healing is just too easy and most of all booooooooring. When helping my newbie friends level up in lower level content I just set the tank to follow and let Eos do everything while I eat a sandwich. I've picked up leveling my BLM again and plan on sticking with that as a main. I might level up and play more dps or tank jobs, but not healer— not until some serious changes are made.
...and that makes me sad...I've healed in just about every MMO I've played and loved it. I came to this game because Scholar seemed like it was a job that was made for me. I adored the fairy aesthetic & shield healing, but I can't take the monotony anymore.
After few weeks I can say that I LOVE healing this expansion and the new version of SCH.
Did not go further than ES2 for now but I am having fun and so many parties to join! Instant PF slot! Yoohoo!

As an update to my standing. I've recently tried out ShB MCH, and quite honestly if has made me reconsider my position with healing. For my static, I'll be their SCH, because I know my WHM would never want a different healing partner, but outside of that, yes, I have quit healing. Maybe like MCH this expac, they'll rework healers in the next one and I can fall back in love with SCH all over again, but as of now, they took too much of what I loved from it. I remember when I first got SCH to level 40, I had already grown to adore it and the kit it provided over the other 2 healers I had maxed at the time, and it only got better as I got more and more, until it became my defacto main.
Like stated by another, I have no intentions of leaving the forums, or changing my signature, because I want to find that same enjoyment from SCH again, but I doubt it will be found in this expansion.

Make SCH great again! Seriously though, we just want our class to be fun and engaging again, not OP, is that too much to ask for?
I've quit healing entirely, and I will not return to the role unless and until Square finally makes healing roles fun again. They aren't going to change their fight design, so they need to do what they did with tanks and lean into healers being Green DPS. They need to give healers a proper DPS rotation that builds resources used to fuel those stupidly powerful oGCD heals Square insists on giving us.
Tanks get complexity. DPSers get complexity. Healers get a role so easy a caveman can do it. Fire off oGCD Heal A when a tankbuster goes out, and oGCD Heal B when a raid-wide goes out, and spend the rest of your time spamming Glare/Broil/Malefic until your eyeballs bleed.
Healing, as a role in FF14, has an absurdly low skill ceiling compared to tanking and DPSing. Fights don't do nearly enough damage for HPS to matter, MP pools are still functionally bottomless (for anything that isn't a BLM) so HPM doesn't matter, and every healer's DPS "rotation" is so trivially easy that there is no room to optimize DPS output. Other games have complex healing because fights dish out more damage than can be healed, at a steadier pace, and healers have tools of varying efficiency to make MP management a real concern. Square won't radically change their fight design philosophy after six years of scripting every point of damage dealt by FF14's fights, so they're going to either have to improve healers on the DPS side of things, or nuke healer oGCDs from orbit and make MP management a major aspect of healer gameplay.
And that's not even getting into the fact that by the time 6.0 drops, this game will have gone six years without adding a healing class. There are currently 4 tanks, 10 DPS jobs, and only 3 healers, one of which (AST) has been largely reduced to a poor copy of WHM.
As for me, I started as a SCH main in ARR, just before 2.3 dropped. I switched to AST around 3.4 or so, and mained AST all through SB. But now, I've taken SAM through the MSQ and am currently pushing DNC to 80. I'll give GNB a try so I can maybe have a job for insta-queues. But there's no way in the seven hells that I'm going to touch a healing job until 6.0 at the earliest.
